LIFE / OUR ARCHIVE
October 10 — LIFE INOCHI with Lumina Yamashita and Soshiro at Kadokawa
Encounters with life, shared in many places.
Follow those moments through photographs and the words of the time.
KADOKAWA: LIFE Screening & Live Talk
Iidabashi (venue name not confirmed) / Tokyo
A dialogue after the screening between Lumina Yamashita, 惣士郎, and Masahiko Hashimoto.
Photographs and the original account ↓Photographs, and words from that time.
How can I even describe it? ✨
It is difficult to put that time and space into words,
but it felt as though the energy of pure love
was resonating between our souls.

It was as if a space had been prepared to call to our souls and bring us together.
Many participants were already engaged in work for society, living with a sense of mission. The space we created together seemed to become a magnetic field in itself. Even as we spoke, we could feel how good it was to be there. ✨
The live conversation began with Soshiro’s impressions after watching LIFE INOCHI for the first time!
He shared the story that became the starting point of his work: turning “I’m sorry” into “Thank you.”
Then Lumina spoke about her memories from before birth.
Lumina’s stories—and her personality, I suppose—are so delightfully different from the impression one gets from her blog. (Laughs.)
She shared striking and unusual episodes, as well as what she learned about death when her older sister passed away.

Why were we born?
Perhaps, in truth, we all already know.
She described LIFE INOCHI as images and music that help us recall distant memories and, sometimes, emotions we have shut away—
images and music that remind us of our deepest, true wish.
The person in charge at Kadokawa told us, “This is the first event where people have cried not only during the LIFE INOCHI screening but during the talk as well.” Perhaps it was a time when each person could reach their own emotions.
Afterward came Lumina’s Balloon Method breathing practice, Soshiro’s Benten sound, and a poetry reading by Masahiko Hashimoto.
Together, they took our awareness even further on a journey through the cosmos. 🌏✨
So rich! So wonderfully intense!

Reaching into our emotions, our awareness, and so many different places within us.
The comment we heard most often from participants was, “What a rich and concentrated time that was!”
And the greatest surprise for us
came at the end, when Lumina
………………………………………………………………
announced, “I will create a Facebook group to support LIFE INOCHI as it takes flight around the world.”
………………………………………………………………
That was the promise she made.
What a surprise! We were astonished. ✨✨
LIFE INOCHI seems to have an extraordinary power to bring people together.
There is more happening than we can share on Facebook and elsewhere, but the people gathering to fulfill the mission ahead are more remarkable than we could have imagined.

I feel that one of LIFE INOCHI’s missions is to carry so many people’s love and dreams, and to share the joy together.
We had been thinking that we needed to create a way for people who wished to support LIFE INOCHI to take part. Lumina’s invitation and offer came at precisely that moment, and we are incredibly grateful.
Thank you.
We are also grateful to @Nami Nagatsuka,
who volunteered to take the lead in running the group!
To begin, please ask @Nami Nagatsuka to invite you to the Facebook group, and join us as we connect with one another.
Let us board the LIFE INOCHI spaceship and carry the energy of love around the world. 🌏✨

And heartfelt thanks to Kadokawa for organizing this event. 😊
The next screening and live conversation with Lumina will be in Tottori on November 23!
Please look forward to it. 🌏✨💕
It is going to be so much fun! ^_^💖🌏
